Online Payment gateway by TRIPAY include :  Virtual Account, Convenience Store, and E-Wallet.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat not later than 28 February 2022. A handling charged of 10% of the registration fee and bank charges will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No refund will be given after 28 February 2022. Any refund will be processed after the virtual meeting.

PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED OFFLINE CAN BE CHANGED TO ONLINE, IF:

1. Positive antigen or PCR results
2. There has been a natural disaster
3. If there is changes policy from goverment (lockdown or etc) the event will changes to fully online. The remaining registration fee will be returned according to the online price.

COVID REGULATION

Participant must present a negative rapid antigent result of with sample taken maximum 24 hours or PCR test result with sample taken maximum 3x24 hours before the event start.

CERTIFICATE

Certificate of attendance will be received in your email at least 1 week after event
